MEDITERRANEAN LUNCH BOX ($11.95)

· Includes one of the following sandwiches, your choice of fries, rice or salad. All sandwiches are served in our fresh homemade pita pockets and topped with chopped lettuce. Salsa garnishes are packaged on the side. Add a pistachio cookie for $ 2.50

1. Chicken Shwarma: Marinated chicken in a mixture of spices and vinegar grilled to perfection and served with a variety of salsa garnishes.

2. Beef Shwarma: Marinated beef in a mixture of spices and vinegar grilled to perfection and served with a variety of salsa garnishes.

3. Kifteh: Minced beef mixed with parsley and onions, spiced with a mixture of Mediterranean spices, grilled to perfection and served with a variety of salsa garnishes.

4. Grilled Chicken: Chicken breast grilled to perfection served with a variety of salsa garnishes.

5. Falafel: Patties of finely ground garbanzo beans spiced with parsley, cilantro and onion, and lightly fried to a crunch, served with a variety of salsa garnishes.

HOT LUNCH PLATE ($12.95)

· All of our lunch plates are served from buffet-style chafers and come with pita, rice or couscous. Choose one of the following:

1. Yakhni Khudra: An assortment of vegetables sautéed in olive oil and garlic and then simmered in a light tomato sauce, served with basmati rice.

2. Makhshi: Baked eggplant on a bed of basmati rice topped with browned ground beef, onions, and pine nuts in a yogurt tomato sauce.

3. Shwarma Platter (Chicken or Beef): Shwarma served with humous, basmati rice and garnishes.

4.  Grilled Chicken with Basmati Rice: Grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms with a side of yogurt cucumber mint salsa served with basmati rice. 

5. Grilled Kifteh with Basmati Rice: Grilled kifteh, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and steamed vegetables with a side of yogurt cucumber mint salsa served with basmati rice.

6. Majadareh: Caramelized onions cooked with rice and lentils topped with crisp sautéed onion strips served with a choice of tomato salsa or yogurt cucumber mint salsa.

7. Mousakka: Baked eggplant layered with minced meat, onions and pine nuts topped with a layer of mozzarella cheese and served with basmati rice.

APPETIZER PLATTERS  Full ($70) or Half ($35)

· All appetizer platters serve Full 10-15 Half 5-7 persons and come with fresh homemade pita bread , Choose one of the following:

1. Falafel: Patties of finely ground garbanzo beans spiced with parsley, cilantro and onion, and lightly fried to a crunch.
2. Humous: Puréed garbanzo beans in Tahina sauce with lemon and a hint of garlic.

3. Baba Ghanouj: Coarsely chopped roasted eggplant in Tahina sauce with lemon, parsley and a hint of garlic.

4. Jerusalem Salad: Finely diced cucumbers and tomatoes in Tahina sauce with parsley, lemon and a hint of garlic.

5. Turkish Salad: Finely diced tomatoes and onions in a tomato paste with “shata” hot sauce and olive oil.
6. Basil Labaneh: Yogurt reduced to a soft cheese blended with basil and olive oil.

7. Stuffed Grape Leaves (“Yalanji”): Grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions and parsley, cooked and seasoned with olive oil and lemon.

8. Tabbouleh: Finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, green onions, mint, cracked wheat and lemon, tossed in olive oil.
9. Fool: Puréed fava beans topped with a pinch of garbanzo beans and a sauce of lemon, pepper, parsley, and a hint of garlic.

10. Yogurt Cucumber Mint Salsa: A signature Mediterranean salsa that can be served as a topping for rice or as a dip.

SALADS ($65 Tray)

· Our fresh salad tray serves 10-15 people. Pick your choice:

1. Greek Salad: A mixture of garden greens and chopped romaine lettuce topped with black olives and slices of tomato, cucumber and onions, garnished with feta cheese and served with focaccia croutons.

2. Caesar Salad: A mixture of garden greens, chopped romaine lettuce and slices of tomato, cucumber and onions, topped with grilled chicken breast and chopped fresh mushrooms served with focaccia croutons.

3. Fatoush: Chopped romaine lettuce mixed with fresh sliced tomato, cucumbers and onions, tossed with toasted pita chips spiced with thyme, sumac, lemon and olive oil.
