Our Reviews
This place is really a treasure for me, especially as we had got takeout here for our first date years ago! This place serves up delicious middle eastern food. I especially love the rice, but of course the meats are the main attraction.
It's like a mildly levan, beige colored, unbranded purse, full of middle Eastern flavor, and wrapped in butcher paper! If the contents of butcher paper doesn't contain anything that ever bled, shouldn't it just be called paper, and how do they stuff so much stuff into such a tight pocket of pleasure? "You should consider a plant based diet," says your doctor after seeing your cholesterol lab results...so you end up here. Not a bad outcome.
I tried the beef shawarma plate at O’Falafel Middle Eastern Cuisine. The flavors were decent and the portion was fair, but it didn’t quite stand out compared to other places I’ve tried. The meat could have been more tender and seasoned a bit stronger.
The atmosphere was okay and service was polite, but overall the experience felt average. Not bad — just nothing special. I would give it another try in the future, but I’d probably explore other menu items next time.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The hummas was veritabaly tasteless. It had zero flavor and tasted like it was made from garbonzo beans and olive oil. I got one dry bread, that looked like it was old to go with an entire tub of it.
The dolmas had even less flavor. it looked like they put a small amount of tomato with rice and nothing else.
We also ordered a wrap and my friend was sick for 2 days after eating it.
Not worth the tastebud disappointment and it is expensive for the taseless food that they serve!!!
While traveling through Utah & trying halal places my hubby took me one of his favorite places. I loved the decor a lot, food was sooo yummy ! I ordered the Philly cheesesteak & kunafa for dessert .
Place was clean , customer service was excellent. She even came to ask if we need anything, highly recommending this place .
I will definitely be coming back .
